Research

This white paper summarizes Post Road Foundation’s transactive energy project in New England, funded by the U.S. Department of Energy. In this project, the project team will evaluate a new Prices-from-Devices Transactive Energy architecture, called TESS, which provides significant advantages over conventional command-and-control and other types of DER coordination. Project completion is expected by December 2027.
