Team

Seth is a physicist and lawyer with expertise in technology commercialization, electric grid modernization, and electric utility regulation. Prior to co-founding Post Road, he built out the R&D and manufacturing team as an executive at a biotech startup, where he helped bring two medical devices for cancer therapy to market and raised several million dollars in non-dilutive financing.  As an independent energy and climate consultant, he has advised governments, universities and corporations on microgrids, distributed energy resources, and voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction strategies.  Seth is also the President of the Post Road Foundation.

Waide has decades of experience as a corporate lawyer specializing in project finance.  Prior to co-founding Post Road, Waide led the project finance group at Davis Polk, where he was a partner for more than 25 years. He has advised on numerous financings and joint ventures in the telecommunications and power sectors. Waide is currently a Senior Counsel of Davis Polk & Wardwell, Senior Adviser to the Cyber Law Clinic at Harvard Law School, and CEO and Chairman at the Post Road Foundation.
